Layer2State was initiated by Michael Chobanian. Before diving into this ambitious endeavor, Michael played a pivotal role in various sectors including IT, blockchain, fintech, and investment. Notably, he's been part of teams that have written legislative proposals for governments, ensuring the seamless integration of technology and governance.

Our team is a blend of professionals with extensive knowledge in IT, blockchain, and the fintech world. They've been part of ventures, have hands-on experience in building platforms, securing investments, and identifying the right talent for ambitious projects.
